Office Opening Times When The Town Council Meet

In the interests of efficiency and as a cost cutting exercise it has been decided that on days when the Town Council meets, the Town Clerk's Office will not be open.

Staff will not be available before 4.30p.m.  (This arrangement was in place during previous administrations.) 

Urgent messages should be sent by email.  Voice mail will be answered, prior to the Meeting. 

The Town Clerk is not available when she is Clerking Evening Meetings and closing the Town Clerk's Office allows savings to be made, under the administrative and running cost budget heads.
